Type 0 Conditionals

Function

We use Type 0 (Zero) conditionals to talk about:

truth, statements of fact or inevitable consequences of actions.

If it rains, I get wet.

I get wet if it rains.

Remember the present simple is used to state facts. A zero conditional is not technically a conditional. It is a way of using a conditional strucutre to describe truth.

If I see the beggar, I give him some money
