Francisco was travelling with his nephew (?) 

On the night of the sinking Francisco and José were observed by second class passenger Julian Padro y Manent standing with fellow Uruguyan Mr. Ramon Artagaveytia. They were also seen by first class passenger Elmer Z. Taylor. The two accounts differ. Padro y Manent speaks of the three men joking and relaxed, Mr. Taylor edscribes them as seeming quite alarmed. 

Both Francisco and José died in the disaster and their bodies were never recovered.
