About
Time travellers from the future interrupt the World Cup Final, Christmas 2022, to tell mankind they are losing a war against alien invaders 30 years in the future. Recruitment of soldiers from the present day begins and one man is recruited with the desire to save the future for his daughter.
Christmas Film World Cup pedigree
Possibly a one shot wonder here, this film has almost no connection to Christmas and only really features as the story gets underway with the plot reveal interrupting the 2022 World Cup Final. It performed valiantly in the group stages and came close to qualifying, it is unlikely it will be returning, but it was fun while it lasted.
