Profile
Harry was a stockbroker in New York and he travelled to London for business and pleasure in March 1912. He escaped the Titanic on lifeboat 3. He became a widower when his wife died in 1915.
He remarried in 1926 but his second wife also died in 1937. He disliked talking about the Titanic experience and was uncomfortable on large ships. He continued to be passionate about sailing and was a member of Larchmont Yact Club, the same as fellow survivor, Frederick Hoyt.
Harry died in New York on November 23 1951.
